“I spoke with Jacob on the phone. I explained to him what my issue was. He gave me a couple pointers. I was able to work through it and my grinder pump started working again. Not too many service techs are willing to share info to help a customer save some money. He did and I'm greatful for it! I'll be using these guys to set up a normal maintenance schedule now to help prevent future issues!”
“I can’t say enough good things about Eby Plumbing! Our air conditioner broke down on a Friday when it was over 90 degrees outside, and we were worried we’d have to go the entire weekend without AC.
They came out the same day, quickly diagnosed the problem, and even went back to their shop to get the parts needed for the repair. They stayed until around 6:00–6:30 that evening to make sure everything was fixed and our air conditioner was working properly before they left.
Their dedication, professionalism, and commitment to taking care of their customers really impressed us. Instead of making us wait until Monday, they made sure we were comfortable before the weekend. Knowing they also provide plumbing services means they’ll definitely be our first call in the future. I highly recommend Eby Plumbing!”
“Built 22,000 sf of self storage for me and was great to work with!Service: General construction”
