Slightly concerned when first called in and talked to an AI representative, but was pleasantly surprised when all my needs were met. Tech was onsite within hour. Zach was a very pleasant rep, especially at 6 pm on a Friday night. Handled issue quickly. Well done overall.

I can't say enough about how great Summer's H/C is. I have been a loyal customer for 3+ years. The expirenences I have had with Summer's made me encourage my son to go to college for HVAC (which he is in now). Gary was my technician today. Not only was Gary polite, respectful of my home and time, but was very informative. He explained things but didn't go overboard. Gary did not try and sell me anything, he did what we agreed on - an AC tune up. Gary arrived during the scheduled time, gave me a time frame for his visit, and was done on time.
