Customers can count on honest advice and different options to help decide what is best. Many reviewers recommend JD for quality work at a reasonable price, noting that local ownership gives a hometown service and appreciation. The owner is experienced and performs work phenomenally. Service is very qualified and knowledgeable; a same‑day response repaired a toilet, replacing and removing the old unit. When a water heater problem arose, the owner performed a pre inspection, identified a bad element, and explained the age and options. A quote was given for a new unit, and the Silver agreement was selected. Installation was completed quickly, with the air removed from the plumbing lines and hot water running. The owner also scheduled a fall PT. Reviewers praised clear communication, professionalism, and satisfaction, and many will remain long‑time customers.
