Michelle in the Elkhart store was amazing to work with. I called several other stores in Elkhart County looking for something specific and was told to 'come in an look around' while Michelle knew exactly what I was talking about and had several options pre-selected for me when I came in. My project was very small (105 square feet) but she treated it like it was a whole home remodel. We ended up being a few tiles short and she took the extra time to call around and try to help me locate what I needed in time. Fantastic service, great selection, can't say enough positive about this place - my new flooring store!
