Working with Joel and Floor Covering International Elkhart was one of the easiest pieces of our home renovation. I want to give a 5 star review because of the exceptional process in replacing our kitchen floor- which involved some specialized problem solving, due to the previous floor’s installation mistakes. We replaced a ceramic tile floor that “crunched” when you walked on it, and had grout falling out every time we vacuumed. It was so convenient to choose a vinyl plank floor from samples brought to our house, rather than running back and forth to the store. Everyone we talked to in this process was professional and making sure we were totally happy with our floor. The installer was top notch, and did a wonderful job. Joel went out of his way to accommodate us with an issue we had with our home having uneven concrete in our basement. The crew was expedient and friendly, working through the weekend to finish up the job
