Dale is great to work with. He called on Sunday night to schedule my appointment and said he would try to work me in on Monday but put me on the schedule for Tuesday. He called on Monday around 11 letting me know he was on his way. He explained what he was doing and answered all questions I had. He even offered suggestions to help with roots. He was very professional, honest, and polite. I will use him in the future for any issues I have.
Highly recommend - easy to schedule appointment with, great communication, on time. Quickly assessed the situation and resolved the issue and ensured everything with the drain was working properly. Dale was professional, energetic and didn’t mind the yippy dog. Would definitely call again
I was having an issue with smells coming from my guest bathroom and Kline helped me troubleshoot my issue over the phone. He took his time and answered all my questions. He could have come out and charged a fee but instead he walked me through possible issues quickly and professionally. When it comes to home repairs I have a hard time figuring out who I can trust to tell me the honest truth without trying to up sale me.
