Had trouble with my insurance but they were very helpful with that. Dr. Stauffer was very kind and informative. My visit was very nice overall, I'm glad I was recommended to this place!!
I went in for a routine cleaning - always have a very positive experience. Dr. Stauffer is easy to understand and talks though things very clearly. He is not pushy for unnecessary expenditures, which is unusual in dentistry. Dr. Stauffer suggested my wisdom teeth extraction. He mentioned that because they were exposed that he could extract them in office -- way cheaper option than surgical removal, yet I was terrified. I have never even had a cavity in my 29 years so any work is new territory for me.Fast forward two weeks: extraction day. Dr. Stauffer and everyone in the office was very professional. Appointment went quick and made a normally unpleasant visit to the dentist very comfortable. Dr. Stauffer explained everything to me very well. Exceptional service and very pleased with everything they did.
