Don't Wait Another Day! I lived with lower back pain, leg pain, and lack of mobility for years. I felt relief after my first adjustment. Dr. Kruis is my primary doctor. She's great, very knowledgeable, professional, and caring. She takes the time to explain things in an understandable way. I have also been treated by Dr. Lindholm and Dr. Hartman, both very personable and professional. The whole staff is Super Friendly, very helpful. Just Great People all Around!

Dr. Lindholm and his staff were amazing. I came to them for Cranial Facial Release after having difficulty breathing through my nose for about 10 years. After our 4 treatments the results have been fantastic! Highly recommend

CRANIAL FACIAL RELEASE (CFR).If you haven't heard about this procedure, I encourage you to research it. I am currently having it done at Natural Health Family Chiropractic by Dr. Lindholm and the results I am seeing are great! I was a heavy mouth breather due to my left septum being deviated. I also had a constant drainage that would produce an annoying cough. Some of the benefits that I have notice are I now breath through my nose and not my mouth. I also smell better and I've notice that food taste better. After doing any kind of exercise, my recovery time is much shorter. The soreness in my muscles seem to go away much quicker.
