They made an appointment for me quickly with kind and thoughtful customer service. What I was most pleased with, was the understanding of cutting and shaping wavy curly hair. This was the first cut in a long time that I didn’t go home immediately, wash, and style myself. Then give up and make a ponytail. Not only that with traditional haircuts I experienced bad hair day after bad hair day. With this cut I didn’t even need to have it diffused at the salon to let the character of the the waves/curls come through. The day after the new cut and shape is just as beautiful!
