Taylor went way above & beyond for my father. He had a massive water leak, needed a hole dug to try to repair the leak, Taylor made contact with the city and helped get the process going efficiently & with so much care!! Things kept turning into a bigger problem one right after another but Taylor worked through it all and talked to him every step of the way. We hired Paul for his experience and were very glad that we did! We ran into a nightmare with our survey that involved incorrect deeds on our property and two other properties on either side of us. There were encroachments and overlaps that could have killed our deal. Paul kept a level head and helped us negotiate with the neighbors while he worked with the title company and the surveyor.
