I have had too many incidents regarding trying to leave messages for Mr.Luba which not only were never answered, but were never even read by him. I have been talking a medicine that helps with panic attacks and anxiety. He did not refill this medicine for 15?days! My pharmacy was trying to reach him as I was experiencing withdrawal symptoms from his negligence. The month of September I also had another medication that I needed for 5 days! Being in the mental health field, these actions are abandonment! I’m filling two complaints with my insurance company and plan to find who is in charge of his work and again I want to file a complaint! I am not the kind of person who does this, but I cannot let another person go through the physical and emotional pain that this unprofessional person allowed to happen! If your concern is to have your medication available with no interruptions, Luna is not the person to ensure this.

Okay so let me start off by saying my hair was a mess. I hadn’t had a cut or color in 15 years…I’m 34 years old. I went somewhere else (who shall remain nameless) and they did horrible work, fried my hair, I was very unhappy. I waited 9 months for my hair to recover before I went to Hive Hair Collective. I couldn’t believe they were able to fix my hair. I couldn’t believe I could actually love my hair again. Michelle listened to all of my wants and needs and somehow made them all come true within a couple of hours. I walked out feeling beautiful:)
If someone else has murdered your hair in the past, and you have trust issues like I did- this is the place to go. Michelle knows exactly what she’s doing, uses only the best products, and somehow makes it affordable. I’ve been to a lot of barbershops near Wheaton, and Sheridan’s is one of the best. Kellie took her time with my haircut, paid attention to every detail, and it turned out exactly how I wanted. I never felt rushed, and the end result was perfect.

I highly recommend going to Queen's Barbershop. You will be coming out looking very fresh and neat. I get my usual fade from Queen, and the cut is always ABOVE 5 stars. Especially, if you're a black man attending the college down the street, it's worth it. Not only that, but the conversations are also really good. Queen will get you right fellas, trust me.

On a busy Sunday afternoon, my daughter who is 12 years old and I needed to get our nails done. I needed an acrylic fill, and I was encouraging my daughter to get a manicure with a no chip. She had her mind set on getting a full set of acrylics like she always wants, but I think she has a beautiful nail bed and naturally perfect nails. They just need manicured and a chance for them to grow with the no chip or gel so she can see that acrylic nail tips aren’t necessary for her nails especially given her athleticism, involvement in sports and typical 12-year-old daily wear and tear. When we arrived, she adamantly was demanding acrylic tips and I adamantly was suggesting gel or no chip. The owner, I presume, handled the situation with poise, grace, professionalism, and kindness. She took the situation and immediately noticed what I wanted accomplished, and was staying true to the wishes of a 12-year-old girl. We were met with two extremely talented, efficient, Polite, professional nail technicians. . They completed our nails in under an hour. I had a Phil and my daughter ended up getting a no chip manicure. Our nails look great, mom was happy, my daughter was hesitantly happy, and I could not have asked for a better experience. I highly highly highly recommend this place!

We moved in to our house about 3 months prior…
Wes from Ferrari Plumbing was excellent! He came out on the 4th of July in the late afternoon, and after learning he was working since 2am, he proceeded to replace an old sump pump that was stuck / continuously running due to flooding and debris lodged from extreme heavy rain we had the night before. He also installed a new pipe and repositioned it, the original pipe was only 1-1/4” and under the front step - the original was not large enough for draining out our sloped driveway drain. After he installed the new sump pump, backup pump and pipe with check valve, we mentioned our water heater seemed to be out due to floodwater we just noticed in the drain pan. Wes came out first thing Monday morning and replaced the water heater for us, along with a solid gas line (original was a yellow flex) a shutoff valve which was non-existent from the original build and a drain pipe from the drain pan. The area is a very tight fit but he did a great job and explained everything. My wife and I would highly recommend Wes and Ferrari Plumbing! Thanks!
Mark saved the day for us when our water heater started to malfunction. He responded quickly, quoted a very competitive price, and treated our home as if it were his own during the installation. The service is excellent, and I have a new go-to plumber.
Frank was personable, credible, and fair in our dealing with him. We contacted him to inspect home’s electrical setup while we were under contract. He was responsive and made himself available next day. He provided what seemed to be an honest and fair assessment, offering advice for improvements we know will be necessary in long run, but did not try to sell services immediately. We are glad we found Frank and plan to work with him on our future upgrades.

I can’t describe how clean my house felt and I feel like I keep a clean house. They send four people and they are incredibly efficient. Out in about an hour which is great because I work a hybrid schedule. I love the nice touches like folded tissues and blankets.
had our whole main floor refinished and it looks like a different house. the old oak was scratched up bad from years of dogs and dragging furniture around, plus some dark stains near the kitchen that I figured were permanent. nope. they sanded everything down to bare wood and the grain just popped back to life. we went with a medium stain, satin finish, and the color is exactly what I was hoping for after looking at way too many sample boards. the sanding part was the thing I was most worried about because I heard horror stories about dust everywhere. wasnt bad at all. they had some kind of vacuum setup running the whole time. also they moved our big dining table and the buffet for us which saved me from begging friends for help. floors feel solid underfoot too, no more squeaks by the hallway

This upstairs kids bathroom was our first home renovation experience and we couldn't be happier. Steve and team were referred to us by family and from start to finish, the project was extremely well managed and attended to - from outlining a plan, to scheduling and managing sub-contractors, to execution. What really stood out to us was how present Steve and team were during the reno and how well they listened to our ideas and brought the vision to reality. This kids bath may be one of the nicest room in the house now. Will be looking to do more projects with Best Home Reno and will definitely recommend them to friends, family, and neighbors. Will upload more photos when the shower glass is installed next week.

We chose the guys at Waterman Brothers add approximately 600 square feet to our 1950's era ranch home. We received 6 different quotes from 6 different contractors. Their price estimate came in slightly below middle of the pack. Why I give them 5 stars is as follows:Their quality of work is absolutely beyond reproach. It's definitely a good sign when the building inspector says that he always see's the highest caliber work from them and is always impressed by it.They came right on budget (and we even upgraded a few things). How man contractors actually do that? Right? Crazy!They answered every question we had, and were even able to adapt to our crazy changes, like deciding to tile the ceiling of our shower (which look super awesome FYI!).The people they work with in specialty fields (Think drywallers, electricians, etc...) were equally talented and polite. Always a huge plus.All in all, these guys were absolutely awesome. Hands down.My only takeaway that would drop them maybe a half a star were as follows:If you want communication from them, you have to talk to them. They are a fairly quiet and humble bunch, and talking isn't their strongest suit. I suppose if you have to trade speaking skills for quality of workmanship, I'm sold.Lastly, they are a little dirty. Then again, we went through some agressive construction that blew out the back wall of the house. I suppose a little dirty is expected.Again, we're super happy with them, and would recommend them without any second guessing.
Autumn Ridge Home Improvements is an amazing company and I highly recommend them to anyone! They completed total renovations in our bathroom and kitchen, installed a new water heater, replaced old cast iron plumbing, and did interior painting. We also had a new roof and all new siding done as well. In the kitchen and bathroom they laid new tile flooring, along with tile on the shower walls. The tile work is exquisite! They really took their time and made sure it looked perfect. Bobby is a perfectionist and makes sure all the work is done to the highest standards. They installed new kitchen cabinets as well, and even caught a measuring mistake from made by the contractor from Home Depot! We should have just has Bobby do it In the first place :) The care and professionalism of Bobby and his crew are unmatched! We had several surprise issues that sprung up during the process (no fault of Autumn Ridge, just things that were discovered during the work being done, such as the main drain pipe being broken for probably years) and Bobby and his team didn’t blink an eye, they just kept rolling with the punches! Throughout the entire time of our renovations, Bobby continually kept us updated on the progress and made sure we were completely satisfied with everything. We live in Chicago NW Suburbs. We were referred to Crosscom by a neighbor that had roof and siding replaced after storm damage. Our insurance (SF) was denying our claim. I can’t say enough good things about this dentist office! Everyone from the front desk for the hygienist to be a pediatric dentist were amazing and patient with my son on the autism spectrum. They talked him through everything, showed him all of their implements, let him touch and ask questions. He told me himself that he loved this dentist because they were so gentle with him! :-) My son now asks me when he can go to the dentist again, which blows my mind! I will never take my kids anywhere else! :-) Dr. Mark is so patient and calm with kids (and parents)! I started going here for myself as soon as I got a dental plan that I could go because of how great they were with my kids.
They are friendly and skilled at their craft. I continue to feel satisfied with Restoration dental. Dr. Hingle is a talented dentist and a great problem solver for complicated treatment. The costs are higher than most but I do feel that Dr Hingle and staff give the highest quality of service. It's worth it in my opinion.
I've been a patient of Dr. Hatzis for many years, and as I've told her, I will be a patient of hers until she retires, which she said will be MANY years from now. She's caring, professional, and great at what she does. Most of the time she runs everything herself, and I've never had an issue with anything.
Dr. Francis was so kind and extremely responsive to my 94-year-old mother's needs. He was willing to perform his examination without requiring her to transfer out of her wheelchair! He respected her autonomy and helped her make a common-sense decision about her course of treatment. I highly recommend Dr. Francis!

I don’t even know where to start. I came in last week with a cracked tooth — up all night in serious pain, face swollen, and honestly a little panicked. Dr. Joy and his staff got me in right away, no runaround, no waiting, even though it was an extremely busy day.
Dr. Joy was incredible. He put together a thorough treatment plan, made sure I was comfortable and pain-free throughout the entire process, and handled absolutely everything. I couldn’t have asked for better care. Five stars also to his assistant Anna who was so caring and reassuring.

I am seeing Dr Mcbeth now for several years and every visit is a wonderful one. Every staff member is so pleasant, friendly and welcoming, there is always such a delightful atmosphere, I never dislike going there . Debbie, my dental hygienist is my favorite one and I always request her. She is a delight, she cleans very gently, thorough and painless and hums while cleaning, obviously enjoying her work. I had a constant painful back spasm for 9.5 months (!), and went through every kind of therapy and injections available. Finally, the therapeutic massage (best is Mary Angela) and combo treatment (electro stim with ultrasound) gave me my life back. It took about 4-5 weeks, as they said it would, but they broke up the tight muscles that were causing my spasm. I am truly giddy with joy! I feel like I have a whole new body. When you first call in, talk to Rosa. She’ll tell you what you need!

I have had too many incidents regarding trying to leave messages for Mr.Luba which not only were never answered, but were never even read by him. I have been talking a medicine that helps with panic attacks and anxiety. He did not refill this medicine for 15?days! My pharmacy was trying to reach him as I was experiencing withdrawal symptoms from his negligence. The month of September I also had another medication that I needed for 5 days! Being in the mental health field, these actions are abandonment! I’m filling two complaints with my insurance company and plan to find who is in charge of his work and again I want to file a complaint! I am not the kind of person who does this, but I cannot let another person go through the physical and emotional pain that this unprofessional person allowed to happen! If your concern is to have your medication available with no interruptions, Luna is not the person to ensure this.

Most off all though, that was the best massage I've had. I had the 90-minute integrative massage and could not believe how great it was. Teresa is amazing.
