I have had too many incidents regarding trying to leave messages for Mr.Luba which not only were never answered, but were never even read by him. I have been talking a medicine that helps with panic attacks and anxiety. He did not refill this medicine for 15?days! My pharmacy was trying to reach him as I was experiencing withdrawal symptoms from his negligence. The month of September I also had another medication that I needed for 5 days! Being in the mental health field, these actions are abandonment! I’m filling two complaints with my insurance company and plan to find who is in charge of his work and again I want to file a complaint! I am not the kind of person...read full review
