We live in Chicago NW Suburbs. We were referred to Crosscom by a neighbor that had roof and siding replaced after storm damage. Our insurance (SF) was denying our claim. So I hired Crosscom and Dan Lites is top notch. Dan came out and assessed our damage and then taught the SF claims adjuster how to do his job. In no time, Dan got our roof and siding fully approved. Erick (PM) followed up coordinating the work with the crews. Erick scheduled the work around my work travel schedule and kept me informed every step of the way. Excellent customer service!! Bobby came out to assess a potential roof problem. Turned out to be a simple fix. Bobby fixed the problem before he left. Thanks for the great work!
