Dr. Lederman doesn’t just “crack your back’ and have you come back for months at a time. He helps you develop targeted exercises to relieve and slowly improve the problem area. He is honest and when he thinks you’ve made real improvement, he recommends switching over to maintenance mode… instead of stringing you along with more weekly visits.

I called spur of the moment after I was in some back pain and Dr.Joshua Lederman was able to get me in the same day. He was very informative and was able to relieve my pain with some exercise and an adjustment! I would definitely recommend him to everyone!

Dr Joshua helped me in dealing with my lower back and neck pain. He also made me aware about the importance of checking my mobility and gave me great exercises for my neck and back. He advocates an active lifestyle too, which I think is important in selecting a health provider.

We guide our patients with effective strategies for pain relief so that they can get back to the activities they love. Our Mission at Lederman Chiropractic & Sports Medicine is to be the Chiropractor for the residents of Wheaton and DuPage County. Dr. Joshua and Dr. Ashley Lederman will help you get relief from neuromusculoskeletal complaints such as low back pain, neck pain, headaches, pregnancy-related pain and pain in the joints of the arms or legs. We provide help utilizing chiropractic care, mckenzie method, nutrition, physical rehabilitation and education. What this boils down to is that we want to inspire, support and equip you in your pursuit of healthy, active lives.
