We hired them to do the work and the installation of the gutters looked awful complained that we were not happy. Their solution of trying to cover all the gaps was to add more tin & charge me more. From that day forward my goal was to let anyone who’d listen how bad the work was! Fast forward to about a month ago I came around to the front of our house and a person was on my walk. He introduced himself as George & the company he works for. He went on to tell me about the home in my area had storm damage due to the storms in April. Thinking he was with the company that installed our rain gutters I started letting him know about how unhappy we still are with the bad job his company did to our gutters & trim. I then asked him to leave.it was then my wife came around a softly to me that’s not who George is with. This whole time I was complaining George was calm and asking when this happened and who I was dealing with. After finding out he’s not with that company I couldn’t stop apologizing. He handled it like pro. I asked him if he was still
Interested in inspecting my roof. He said he would. After climbing down he showed us pictures of all the damage. We invited him in and he called our insurance company to file a claim. And after a rocky start thanks to me , George took over. He handle everything for us. George assured us that they would also take care of our gutters. They would rehang, adjust the pitch and replace the awful looking trim with the proper size trim. George contacted us weekly with updates, also reassuring us that Integrity exteriors will do a great job. George was 100% correct. Integrity did an outstanding job. Our insurance (SF) was denying our claim. So I hired Crosscom and Dan Lites is top notch. Dan came out and assessed our damage and then taught the SF claims adjuster how to do his job. In no time, Dan got our roof and siding fully approved. Erick (PM) followed up coordinating the work with the crews. Erick scheduled the work around my work travel schedule and kept me informed every step of the way. Even replaced our shutters after the crew mistakenly threw them away.
