“My incredibly stubborn, 1.5 year old 120-lb Bloodhound came to them with little to no training and a propensity for resource guarding and reactivity, and he came home from the Board and Train program a completely different dog, in the best way. They gave me and my dog the tools we need to avoid unwanted behaviors and I am truly amazed at the transformative level of obedience my dog now displays. A complete 180 from when he started. “We got our puppy just before Covid. We did a lot of on line training during lockdown, but fast forward 2 Covid years, and we were living with a dog who was perfect at home, but who was scared of going into strange buildings, stores, the vets office etc. I chose Cloud K9, because our golden is very sensitive and I knew she needed a positive training experience, and I couldn't take a chance with someone yelling at her or punishing her.. We signed up for a basic Manners class just to give her some exposure to a group training class, The first day of class she was a shaking, fearful mess. She was too scared to even eat her treats (and if you have a golden you know that's pretty bad). Rachel provided a great atmosphere for her and gave her activites that made her feel comfortable. She was slowly improving, and Rachel recommended moving to the agility class with Christine to improve her confidence. Its been 2 months since we started. at Cloud K9. Wow, what a difference. She has gone from quivering tail tucked dog to one that leaps out of the car and charges into the training building head up and tail wagging. I'm actually considering trying agility competitions with her which would never have been a possibility before. A positive approach to training makes all the difference in training a nervous or fearful dog (or really any dog) I was very impressed by how at Cloud K9 the training is individualized to each dog, there's no "group" activity, so your dog is working on what your dog needs to work . Highly recommend, wish I had found them sooner.“

“We have been going her for many years. We have had three dogs, and all have been given excellent care (including dental cleanings, sterilizations, arthritis treatment, anxiety issues, chronic heart conditions, and an ACL surgery). Doctors are willing to work with Chewy Rx orders (some vets are not).When it comes to cost, they seem to be competitive with nearby facilities. In the past, I have called around for prices on pre-planned surgeries, and their cost was neither substantially more nor less than other vets nearby.A friend who owns parrots has told me this hospital is one of the few in the Chicago suburbs who can provide advanced care for birds. I have often seen unusual and exotic pets in their waiting room, including rabbits, parrots, and even a hamster.The entrance drive to their parking lot tends to sneak up on your if you are coming from Montgomery Road. It's almost immediately after you turn, so go slowly and watch for it on your left. Coming on Montgomery from the direction of Ogden Avenue there is a train track. If you are unlucky to catch a freight train, you will be stuck for a while. The nearest overpass for traffic to avoid the train tracks is on Ogden Avenue, so you might as well just wait for the train.“

“Brian provides great doggie care. He is very good with any size and breed of dogs. We have 3 dogs of different sizes - Cane Carso (large), Lab/pitpull/dane mix (medium) and a Mini Golden Doodle (small). He is good with all three and handles our Cane Carso very well - for many in the past this has been a great challenge since he's a huge dog and looks intimidating. Brian is gentle and provides good exercises and walks. He has lots of space for the dogs in his property. We left our dogs with him few times (recently for more than 10 days). Our dogs come back happy and healthy.“
“My pup loves daycare! It's comforting to know that the people that work there know his name and how he is so I know he is well taken care of and paid attention to when he is there. And they have cameras in the rooms so if you need to you can check up on your pup through the day (except naptime)They also have an outdoor area (not with cameras) so when they clean the rooms the dogs go there, I assume. If you are watching on the cameras, the rooms are cleaned periodically throughout the day.His very first day was free (which was great because I wanted to see if he even liked it, which it didn't seem like) BUT after a few more visits he came out of his shell, played, and his confidence overall became soooo much better! He now has been going several days a week for the past few months and even has his favorite workers there too!“

I found the three or four items I needed here really quickly, and when I got to the line at the front of the store, one staff member notice the line was getting long and immediately dropped what she was doing to open a new register and help folks in line. They were really nice here. I would definitely come back to this location.“

Doctor was precise and definitely comfortable handling and talking with my two different personality cats, which is a huge plus, other vets seemed scared of my bigger cat who protests loudly. Then he was super sweet with my senior quieter cat and taught me how to give fluids for her kidney failure. Great experience, glad to have found a great new vet around the area.“

“Dr. True is the absolute best! My 5year old husky 8 weeks ago had double ACL surgery and tore both her acl's and meniscus. We were so worried about her dr. True made me as an owner very comfortable and did an amazing job on both oh her knees! The whole treatment staff is always super kind and willing to answer any of my questions/ concerns! Highly recommend dr. True and his amazing staff. Especially tech names Chris! He is so sweet he was one of the only techs that could get my dog to lay still as she was traumatized and worried. “My dog Elvis is reactive and fearful… he suffers from bad anxiety and protects himself by showing aggression. Elvis broke a tooth and I was referred to this clinic from his primary vet that comes to our home after a sedation shot did not work on Elvis and it was unsafe to do his extraction. From the moment we got there.. the staff kept Elvis’ anxiety and stress controlled. Dr. Dan is the first Dr. that my dog has allowed to touch him without lunging or growling. The staff scheduled Elvis’ surgery on a day where he will be the only dog getting worked on to keep his stress levels low… if I could give this place a thousand stars I would… thank you so much staff & Dr. Dan“
