I am so grateful for my friend who recommended Dr. Papuga to me for my lower back pain. Last month, I was at a point where it was difficult to sit. I was nervous because I had a trip coming up. Thankfully, I was able to see Dr. Papuga twice before my trip because he helped the pain go away to the point where I was able to fully enjoy my vacation and have zero pain on my flight! I saw him for two more sessions after my trip and I felt 'back to normal'. I really liked that Dr. Papuga didn't try to force more sessions on to me like I have experienced with previous chiropractors. You can definitely tell that he truly cares about his clients and work. Dr. Joe is awesome at what he does. I started seeing him to help with migraines and I have not had one since. It’s a new record! I always leave feeling so much better than when I came. Highly recommend his services.

Dr. Joe and staff are amazing. Dr. Joe takes the time to explain everything to you. He has helped me so much with my lower back pain. Also if you are in a lot of pain they will make sure they see you right away. Very accommodating!
