In 1998, Bruce Goldberg repaired my Achilles tendon which had rolled up in my calf. Fast forward to 2023 and I have absolutely no trouble with the Achilles. He's not snuggly and mooshy with the bedside manner, but his knowledge and professionalism at correcting the problem absolutely excels.
