I have something positive to say about every single person who works here. Gail and the reception staff are amazing. The few times we’ve had to leave a message, we get a prompt call back. Chris personally spent hours on the phone with pharmacies to help us get a prescription and called me multiple times to update. Tom sent our records to the specialist as soon as possible and replies to emails promptly. Dr. Murphy is just awesome. This place and it’s employees are all absolutely wonderful. They are kind and compassionate. They really care for your animal. My 17 year old cat went into renal failure. They did everything they could but she crossed over. I was amazed when I received a sympathy card, signed by the entire staff.
