“Having Snug and Comfort/Pam take care of our father for 4 years, who had Alzheimer, was such a big help for us. Pam is so loving and compassionate, she went out of her way to make sure we had the right caregivers to not only take care of dad but to be a comfort to our mother who was overwhelmed with his care. She continuously made sure the caregivers were the right fit for our parents and would visit them personally to make sure all was good.
