Erick (PM) followed up coordinating the work with the crews. Erick scheduled the work around my work travel schedule and kept me informed every step of the way. Even replaced our shutters after the crew mistakenly threw them away. All done with no out of pocket $ except my deductible. “GCPro was contracted by my insurance to fix a parkway fence on my property that was damaged by a car accident. I was thoroughly impressed by the professionalism and competence of Patryk (project manager) and team. He personally came out to check out the damage and the repair progress, and continued to communicate clearly and consistently throughout the process. He noticed an area in need of repair that the subcontractor had missed, and sent the team back to address it.
