“The whole experience with Kyle and his team was great. The reality of water damage to our home was really unsettling but Kyle immediately sprang to action late in the evening when we made the call of the flood in our house.

Kyle came to our house late in the evening to setup fans and start drying our house out.

He’s crews came in the next day and started remediating the water damaged material preventing any further destruction and to start the thorough drying process.

Kyle talked us through every step along the way, check on us and his crews registry and made sure we were being taken care of and insured our house would be put back together, and better.

The crews were very professional. The took the time to make sure dust is mitigated and parts of the house that were not damage remained cleaned and functioning.

Kyle provided detailed estimates to the insurance company efficiently navigating through the claim and funding process to keep us moving in the right direction to repairs our home.

This job was complicated because we had some walls where someone had painted over wallpaper. Jeff is extremely knowledgeable and explained to us what he recommended to achieve the best results. “My water heater was 14 years old and was still working fine. But, i thought i'd get ahead of the curve and replace it before it decided to fail. My roto rooter tech, Jon, was recommended by my neighbor who had her water heater replaced a couple of years ago. He was able to come out the same day I called and give me a reasonable estimate. Then he was able to replace it the next day without any issues. Jon frequently asked if I had any questions and made sure I understood everything he was doing. “Called these guys Fri morning they were at my house ASAP, my entire house flooded. Kids toilet a screw cracked on the bottom behind it and water leaked down 3 floors. Spoke to Jason the owner very nice guy guided me and got me ready for what was coming. Had me call his project manager and The project Mgr showed up Brandon, and he was beyond professional walked us through the entire process and then they got started. They had 3 guys there daily working on all levels they were beyond fast beyond clean n most importantly beyond respectable to my two pitbull’s I had locked in my bedroom the entire wk they were working, they allowed me to take them out whenever I needed to just to give them a heads up to get out of the house lol. They were done in less than a week, never late and never slacked I would and will name drop these guys whenever a friend says to me do you know a restoration company. Finally starting on the rebuild and can’t wait see our new house. “GCPro was contracted by my insurance to fix a parkway fence on my property that was damaged by a car accident. I was thoroughly impressed by the professionalism and competence of Patryk (project manager) and team. He personally came out to check out the damage and the repair progress, and continued to communicate clearly and consistently throughout the process. He noticed an area in need of repair that the subcontractor had missed, and sent the team back to address it.
