Great experience, from start to finish. I reached out via their website and they responded almost immediately. I had questions, they answered them. I called to schedule and they were very flexible. They communicated very well leading up to the service, which was to install a smart thermostat. Their service person showed up on time, installed it quickly but wasn't rushed; instead, they took the time to explain what was going to happen, answered my questions thoroughly, and was courteous the whole time. I would recommend this company to friends without hesitation.

Five Star heating and Air Conditioning provides very good service and honest opinion. I trust their professionalism. Their staff are polite, friendly and knowledgeable on their work. They do research in advance on what need to do , gives good and honest suggestion instead of blindly taking what the customer suggested. I am very happy with their service. They do give 5-star service to customers.

We have always found 5 Star to be reliable and knowledgeable throughout our renovation and subsequent maintenance of our old home. Their technicians offered us creative and efficient solutions that fit the need of our house which is 130+ years old. In the event we had any emergency need, we have always felt that 5 star made it their priority to send a technician out on the same day.
