“I switched to AA service about 1.5 years ago because I wanted a good HVAC company that could install and help maintain a dehumidifier for my basement. I have had mold removed from both attics and a few areas of the basement twice, and I wanted to make sure that didn’t happen again.

I recently realized the dehumidifier had stopped working a few months after the one year warranty expired. AA service replaced the circuit board, and when it still didn’t work, then Ryan had the dehumidifier replaced at no cost to me. That was better customer service than I expected! I was grateful that Ryan made this happen quickly because I was worried about getting mold again. The humidity level has dropped from upper 60s to low to mid to high fifties.
