“It was an absolute pleasure to work with Atomatic. From the woman who called me to set up the timing of the service call, through completion of the repair we were impressed with how friendly, knowledgable and helpful everyone from Atomatic was.The service technician Adam came out and was impressively helpful. He not only resolved the problem, but did some on-the-fly education so that if the problem arises in the future I don’t shut the power off to the furnace while trying to reset it and making it impossible- to see the trouble code…like I might have done this time.He worked quickly in the face of interruption as he patiently answered loads of questions from me initially and then (no doubt very similar questions) from wife after I left to go to a meeting. He cleaned and tested our furnace, was candid about how old the system was and what needed to be dealt with immediately and the longer term prognosis for the furnace. At no point did I get the feeling I was being “upsold” like one gets with some businesses where you as a customer lack technical knowledge. When he was finished he left the space cleaner than he found it.On his way out he made sure that we had his contact information in the event it failed again in the night. My expectations were thoroughly exceeded. I think “emergency call” and I expect someone to arrive late and to at-best hurriedly fix the issue while dumping my wallet into their tool bag while telling me the whole things needs to be replaced and I need to get a bushel basket of cash, maybe two just in case.All in all I appreciated their help!“
