Lance Petty was our service technician today. What a wonderful experience we had with AireServ! They were able to come out promptly, provided a detailed email about Lance and when to expect his arrival. Lance was professional, knowledgeable and was able to get our furnace running again while a part was being shipped. Thank goodness we have heat again! Service was super responsive. They arrived earlier than expected. Repair immediately identified and part replaced. Heat was out when it was cold out, so super appreciative of the responsiveness.

Lance Petty helped us out when our heat broke on weekend. He was great, quick to response and helped us out on time. Our unit was still in warranty so he got us the needed part and fixed it. Highly recommend !!
