“Today, I had a guilty pleasure in my nearly 100 year old home that I have not had in the past 25 years that I have lived here. I had a shower where I was not standing in three inch deep (or more) water and I was able to see a whirlpool where the water was going down the drain. That may seem like something small to some, but it was a big deal to me. How did this happen? My drain totally stopped draining and I was stuck with standing water in the tub. We tried the usual plunging with no results. I knew this was going to take more knowledge than Bob and I had for encouraging the drain to function. I called Michael at Monkey’s Wrench Plumbing and he had a crew out to my house the next day. In a very short period, I had a totally functioning drain that was working in a way it had never worked before. The men were efficient, and had the experience and expertise to give me a drain that functioned where others had told me there was nothing wrong with the drain (that was slightly working). “I must say Mike was a real professional. Ozzie scheduled me between 4-6 and was a able to give me a same day Appointment. He said if he can, he'll call me if he can get someone here sooner. He gave a 45 minute head up notice that Mike will be arriving within 40 minutes and showed up an hour earlier than scheduled. He was polite and entered my home with boot covers and was very friendly and I was very satisfied with the service and customer friendly conversation. He answered all questions and was done having my pipes cleaned and roded out in about an hour. Service was excellent, everyone I dealt with was great and pricing was very fair. The technician *Shawn (I hope I spelled his name correctly) was so cool and experienced. One man & one 50 gallon tank to install without a helper. He was great, his professionalism and knowledge was A+. I normally don't do many reviews. This service was superb and deserves recognition. Paperwork, balance owed, instruction manual, installation and clean-up were completed under 2hrs. “My water heater failed in the middle of the night by spewing steam and leaking into its drip pan. The main water valve had to be shut off due to constant filling of the tank. I scheduled Reliance to install a new one for the following afternoon. If Reliance had no availability I would have had no water for several days possibly. All I had to do was go buy a new water heater of my choice and they would do the rest. Brian the plumber arrived on time and installed the new water heater perfectly. The quality of the work is second to none.“
