I've had a great experience working with Anthony B (technician) and Amanda G (office) of Mr. Rooter. They've both been exceptionally efficient, knowledgeable, patient and helpful with all of my questions. I had a few different plumbing companies out to give me a quote on installing a water line for my refrigerator and have decided to go with Mr. Rooter as they seemed the most knowledgeable about the pros/cons of various approaches.

Reviews
Very pleased with these folks - came out quickly, got the job done, and pleasant to talk to!
I called Mr Rooter when we had a problem with our old shower. They sent Gregg out just a few hours later. He assessed the problem which meant the need to have a new valve installed. This invoked breaking through the wall and coordinating a water shut off in the condo building. The office staff were great. And Greg and his assistant came out the next workday . They arrived on time. Did a beautiful job. We’re conscious about keeping everything clean. Helped getting some of the bath items down and they finished on time. They were easy to work with and patient . I highly recommend them. Will use this company again .
