15430 West Ave, Orland Park“Very kind front desk staff, the older gentleman always is chipper and has a smile on his face when I have any questions, or when I purchase my smoothie and chips before OT/PT in the therapy section of the gym
On a side note, the occupational and physical therapists are all very kind people, and will work with you to get you better.
They are happy to chat as well, and keep me on track if I get too talkative. I'm very bad with names, but there's 2 occupational therapists I really enjoy working with, both kind ladies. Nick is a fantastic physical therapist, you're in great hands with him, especially.
All around, a great place, I can't wait to go to the class they offer after therapy. Otherwise, I wouldn't be able to afford the gym membership
10/10
Edited to give the female OT therapists some love too. Their names are Morgan and Michelle
I've worked with others here, too, they are all awesome, but these 3 stand out! Thank y'all for making recovery easier and manageable 💕“

His adjusting technique is smooth and less harsh as compared to manual manipulation. They also have a phenomenal massage therapy office onsite! Thanks Doc for everything you have done for our family!“
“My husband and I have been going to Dynamic Strength since 2006. It's all about lifting very heavy weights very slowly. No need to change into workout clothing. It's temperature controlled, no sweating, just building lean muscle. We have continued to get stronger while our contemporaries are finding it tough to pull themselves off their couches. One on one training that's tailored to your needs. We love it. Please note their NEW address: (right around the corner from the old address) 17W745 Butterfield Rd., Oakbrook Terrace, IL 60181. The staff here is really phenomenal, really supportive and just nice people. I think that my form has gotten much better since coming to the studio. They do a 60 Minute version of Bikram Yoga, restorative yoga, but my favorite is the high intensity heated yoga phenomenal workout and gives you a lot of bang for your buck. I also have to say their schedule is awesome. There's always a class when I want one at convenient times. Update 5/29/26 - all still true!! ❤“

It was my first time doing acupuncture, so she was really great at explaining the practice and how it would help my specific health concerns. With any new treatment requires some patience, but I definitely felt improvement after consistent acupuncture sessions. If you suffer from frequent migraines, I recommend seeing Dr. Cynthia.“

140 N La Grange Rd #17, La Grange“I have been having back pain for quite some time now. I had tried Iyengar yoga back in Cleveland many years ago and I remember feeling really good with that style. So when the back pain started I thought let me look for something similar here.
I tried a few different studios with different styles but honestly was not satisfied as nobody was giving any corrections or telling us which muscles to engage, and I felt like I was just going through the motions.
Then I found Garden of Yoga and started attending classes with Kathleen and Kristen. Both are Iyengar certified and from the very first class itself I felt the difference. No matter how many students are there, both of them will come around, watch your pose carefully, and give individual corrections. They also use props properly to make sure you are doing the pose correctly and not putting stress in the wrong places. The classes are 1.5 hours which gives enough time to actually work on things properly.
What also surprised me is how affordable it is compared to other places where I was paying more for just one hour and getting much less. You can genuinely feel that they are doing this to give back to the community, not just for the money.
I equally enjoy both Kathleen's and Kristen's classes and I am hoping to continue regularly and slowly become more flexible and stronger. Very grateful to have found this place.“
