“I like the stretching and the slow pace movement part. I’m very Catholic and keep my faith, I do it for the benefit of stretching/ slow movement exercise but not the gesture and chants…instead I make a sign of the cross after class. And it’s all good for me, hope it doesn’t bother anyone.“
