Welcome to Astute Counseling and Wellness Services, a comprehensive practice that combines both clinical services and a holistic approach to mental health and wellness. Taking care of yourself and your mental health is crucial for a happy and fulfilling life. It’s important to remember that optimal mental health is just as imperative as physical health. We believe at Astute Counseling and Wellness Services that there MUST to be a comprehensive approach to well-being incorporating many aspects of care in our treatment planning. In addition to having over 20 therapists who specialize mental health concerns for individual, couple and group therapy, we have massage, acupuncture, cupping, vibrational sound therapy, sound bath and reiki.
