I love yoga at Centered Studios. It is such a safe, relaxing, and non-judgmental place where everyone feels welcome. The instructors are all smart and compassionate. There is a great variety of classes and times. COVID precautions are top-notch. Great local Rogers Park establishment. We're so lucky to have this place!

Centered Studios is a Rogers Park gem! The classes are welcoming and inclusive. I always leave feeling refreshed. There’s a great variety of different class levels and the candlelight yoga on Wednesdays is a particularly nice mid-week reset. Highly recommend!
Lovely little neighborhood yoga studio! The teachers and owners are super friendly, greeting each student by name every class. I have also found that the flows are really unique and enjoyable, and the teachers are great at giving micro cues to help you get the most out of each pose. Definitely recommend!
