I gained 20 pounds when I injured my back 8 years ago and have struggled to lose and keep the weight off since then, despite multiple diet and exercise strategies. Until now.
I found out from my doctor that I had 9 food sensitivities and even though I tried avoiding these I couldn't quite shake the weight gain and still had diffuse joint aches.
So when I found out a Naturopath friend of mine, Brett Butterfield, N.D., treated food allergy problems, I decided to work with him last February. He identified some additional deficiencies with lab testing and put me on a program to optimize my health and reduce inflammation. After 6 months of treatment, we reversed 6 of my food sensitivities and he recommended continued avoidance of the other 3 (even if you aren't allergic, soy, peanuts, and gluten can cause inflammation).
Since completing his treatment at the end of October, I have lost 10 pounds and kept it off. And I am sure if I consistently avoided refined sugar, the other 10 pounds would come off as well.

I met Ryan, owner of Chrome Comb Care Collective at my 8-5 and was instantly intrigued with his craft and business.
As a guy with relatively thin, straight blonde hair, it can be tricky to seek something outside the bounds of a basic haircut. After this cut I am convinced I hit a home run thanks to Ryan’s expertise, care, genuine personality, and willingness to listen to my experience and turn it into a phenomenal cut. Very nice a pleasing experience. I got a pedicure and a fill not too long ago and I was very happy on how they turned out. I come in every once in a while and almost everytime they are able to get what I wanted but whenever it’s too busy or if I’m just a walk in during the afternoon it gets slightly rushed which is completely understandable. I know that it’s already hard enough for those 3 to do so much at a time and I appreciate the hard work that they do.?

I came in today as a walk in. The ladies greeted me and quickly got me in. I requested to have my acrylic nails (from another salon) removed and to replace with gel nails. They turned out better than expected. The price was very fair and they accepted card payment. I will be back.
It was a pretty good pedicure, it has lasted my whole cruise and longer. It only took her 20 min so I felt like she was rushing. Didn’t love feeling rushed. And it was an expensive 20 min. I’m not sure why prices are so high for simple mani/pedi’s these days

Dianna did my prenatal massage and Kasidy was my husband's therapist. All my pregnancy aches and pains felt dramatically better after my massage and my husband said Kasidy did a great job as well. This guy is awesome and did a wonderful job on my daughter's Dermal. Very professional and clean and made us feel welcome. Unfortunately 1 year later we had to remove it (Enlisting into the Army) so he also did that for us as well and gave us good advice on future piercing.

Mario showed me what happened to the fixture, and gave advice on preventative measures for the future. He got my tank fixed and he was off to the next job. They must really care about all their clients too because Mario fielded 3 calls while working on my tank, answering questions of his teammates. He helped them get squared away and never stopped working on my unit.
I'm now in the market for a water softener and they're the first company I'm calling. It will be very hard for anyone else to prove they are as ready to serve as Cleanline.

Danny Torres has been amazing to work with. Nampa Floors & Interiors has replaced nearly all of the flooring in our house. When we first moved in, they installed new carpet, and shortly after that we unfortunately experienced some flooding that required replacing the hardwood and tile surfaces as well.

Allay got sent to my house by USAA to investigate possible water damage caused by a small leak in the refrigerator line. He arrived on time, and was super chill and easy to talk to. He only found moisture on the base of the cabinet, which was good news on my end cuz I'm able to fix that! They sent me an invoice by mistake, and after talking to a couple of their reps, including the tech that came out, everything got taken care of. 100% recommend. I really appreciate their dedication to customer service, and how quickly they can get issues resolved.

Superior Gutters of Nampa, Idaho, will be installing new gutters on our home after we finish painting it. As the first phase of the project, they came out and removed our old gutters.
I want to give a special thank-you to Adam and Jay. They were professional, knowledgeable, and courteous throughout the entire process. What stood out most was the care they took while removing the old gutters. They worked carefully and made sure not to damage any part of our home.

Bill did an excellent job painting our house! He took great care in preparing our house and applied 2 coats of beautiful Benjamin Moore paint. We live next to a walking path and get compliments every day about our house paint he truly made our house look new again :) We decided to go with Bill because we like him and knew he is a great painter. I just had Laura come out and do a quick spray around my home. My wife and I are such busy people between kids and college we struggle to maintain our home sometimes. It has always been embarrassing to let someone see our home in a little bit of a chaotic stage. I would suggest if you have a dirty home and are ashamed to let people in and that keeps you from allowing these great members come in to spray around your home for pests, don’t be! They are always so kind with a smile on their face and i genuinely always forget that they are here working and they are just so friendly it’s not easy to try and avoid conversation so they can get on with their work schedule. Like always thank you guys and thank you Laura for the hard work keeping our family in a comfortable spot even through all this heat. You guys have a great team of technicians!!!
Justin came out and was very thorough, with sweeping down the cobwebs and he listened to my concerns and took care of everything that I needed him to do.
Chamberlain Landscaping gave us the results we were looking for when landscaping our yard after we had a pool installed. The crew and their supervisor worked hard to keep the finishing date promised and did quality work. Jason, the project manager, was knowledgeable in all aspects of the project. The sprinkler system in the back yard, which was destroyed with the pool construction, had to be re-installed and connected to the existing part of the sprinkler. He knew what needed to be done, planned and then instructed the crew. His experience with landscaping made the installation of the sod, planters and rock go smoothly. Jason was able to trouble-shoot when there were complications. He was respectful to us, to his managers and to his crew.
Patrick and Tyler showed up early and were very knowledgeable about the sprinkler issues I was having. They made several changes to sprinkler heads, cleaned the filters and now my system is running perfectly. Knowledgeable, polite and friendly.
Chris has great design ideas. He is very talented in creating water features. I recommend him for design. Here's where he's lacking: He built three water features for us. They all lose water. We haven't been able to fix the problems ourselves. We continue to refill all three water features every other day or so. And no, it's not evaporation. They are leaking. Chris committed to coming out in April 2022. He was a no-show with no call, text or email. In April 2023 I reached out again. No response. We don't expect free repairs. Our project was done in 2017-2018 so we know things age. We wanted Chris to show up when he said he would OVER A YEAR AGO to fix the problems.

We just had our backyard redone by Carlos and his team at All Terrain landscaping. They did an incredible job! Carlos was very quick about getting out to our house to give us an initial quote, and worked really well with me about scheduling when the project would start and finish due to weather. We did have some inclement weather during the process, and he was very communicative with me on what the schedule look like going forward. Very reasonably priced and his staff were extremely friendly. I would recommend his team to anyone!

Today, Dr. Mel and her assistant (sorry I didn’t catch your name) at Today’s Dentistry in Nampa really went way up and beyond to make this truly the best dental experience I’ve ever had. I was ridiculously anxious going into my appointment and having a hard day already and Dr. Mel and her sweet assistant were very calming, nice, understanding and patient with me every step of the way. She took her time fixing my teeth, constantly ensuring I was doing ok and making my teeth look AMAZING! I know my appointment took far longer than usual and ran into other patients waiting to be seen but she never made me feel like an inconvenience or bad for making her run behind. Her genuine friendliness, care and consideration for her patients and the work she’s doing, and all around incredible bed side manner made going to the dentist a positive experience and I give her a 10/10 recommendation! Best dentist in the treasure valley in my opinion!

Dr. Olsen is exceptional and his DA was amazing too. Dr. Olsen is a genuine person with confidence and knowledge with no arrogance. He spoke to me with respect and listened as well as heard what was important to me without dismissing or pacifying me. I switched my family’s dental provider immediately when I was done. The vibe in the office is real and no one puts on any attitude at all. Such a refreshing environment. Dental work can be stressful for so many reasons. I loved my experience here! The hygienist was educational and warm hearted and the Dentist actually sat down and showed me my X-rays and walked me through everything. Not only did he take time so explain he didn’t rush to high priced procedures as other dentist do. He choose a plan to help save as much natural bone as possible without altering any of my teeth. 10/10 I won’t be going anywhere but here!
We've went to Brookside Dental for over 15 years and have been so pleased with their work and service that even though we've moved to Middleton, we still go there. Everyone is friendly and professional. They still have customer service!
Dr McDonald is a very personable guy which makes the experience so much better. Sometimes he’s so nice he will even float you a ball on the pickleball court just to make sure he lets you score at least once

I had been to a previous office that only did adjustments, here they go above and beyond to take care of you. In one visit I was able to feel so much relief on my lower back and neck. The prices are unmatched and the staff are amazing as well. Cris is amazing at what he does, he talks you through everything and goes out of his way to explain continued care outside of the office. My family and I love this place! The doctors truly take your health and comfort personally. On several occasions we have been able to call Dr. Carl on his home phone for advice at home, and he even offered to make a house call! Yesterday my husband was in for an adjustment, and Dr. Carl even adjusted our 10 week old daughter. All of this was done based on reflexes being sent to me while she was on my chest (it was like magic - you’ll have to see for yourself.) Anywho my husband feels better and our girl was so relaxed during and after! I cannot recommend this place enough!

I'm a veteran and the VA initially sent me here. Thank God they did. They only allow 12 visits in like 6 weeks unfortunately. Fortunately, Dr. Belnap is very reasonably priced. I am able to come in when needed and pay in cash. If you are looking for a no BS chiropractor this is the place. Not pushy sales! No come in twice a week. It's just come and see me when needed. I could hardly move my neck this morning called and got me in same day and I feel absolutely amazing. They have certainly improved my quality of life and I refuse to go anywhere else! Also, Susan at the front desk is amazing and very kind! 100/10 cannot recommend enough!

I got a prenatal massage with Hailey. She was so great at making sure I was comfortable and explaining the massage and what areas of the body it was helping. The massage was relaxing. Would highly recommend and will be go back again. The environment was inviting and calm.
I've had 3 sessions with Jeff so far and it has been a revelation. I HIGHLY recommend his practice and Myofascial Release massage in general. I've had a lower back issue for years that this last year became pretty severe. My first session with Jeff was crazy... he never even touched my back; instead focused solely on my left leg QUADS which was surprising, though not shocking. I was aware that problems in certain muscles can have roots in other muscles that seem completely unrelated. But I wasn't expecting this. Just one 1-hour session and my back immediately felt 75 % relief. Then he showed me some specialized stretches to maintain the fix. Literally life-changing. I've had two more sessions to deal with other issues in my upper right back and neck, and although not as dramatic, still offering much relief from the pain. Now be warned... this is a painful process while it's happening, not for the faint of heart. But if you can tolerate it, it is absolutely worth it! Thank you, Jeff.
