Needing a stronger vacuum to work with a very plush carpet, we headed to Abbott's having learned the lesson years ago to pass over the less expensive, run-of-the-mill, vacuums available at your corner local retail store. Always so, very helpful and super knowledgeable in everything. Hes helped fix more than one vacuum with knowledge over the phone and when I brought my hose in. He even taught me what to look for when getting a new shark(some dont fix at all depending on hose)
