We had wonderful customer service when we were in the store. The gal answered all our questions but gave us space to make our decisions. My daughter purchased a washer and dryer set and Garrity included all the hoses at no extra charge. We loved working with this company and had a really great experience. Will definitely use them again.
We purchased a refrigerator and 7-8 weeks later it quit working, called them bring it in and we will swap out a different one or fix it. We swap, the new one was more money but he told us you owe nothing! Very nice people and they stand behind their word. Very happy with Garrity Appliance! Go check them out!
Wow! What nice people! My wife and I came in with several questions about problems with our appliances. Ron took time to explain and diagnose the problems and assure us that our appliances were worth repairing. He doesn’t make house calls anymore but recommended someone we can trust. We offered to pay for the consultation but he kindly declined. When our appliances do finally wear out I plan on buying from Ron
