Simon is a great guy! Very friendly and knowledgeable. Whenever I need plumbing service I always call Express Plumbing and request Simon to come out. He gives me options to decide based on our needs for our home.
Kevin came out to my house I have listed to do an inspection on our septic system for the new buyers. Not only did he make the buyers happy with a thorough inspection but he did discover something pertinent to it's operation. As the seller, I wanted it paid for and done ASAP so I didn't lose my contract. Kevin came right back out the next day to replace the piece and split up the invoice between myself and the buyer (totally awesome being able to do that!) The poor guy was in a full monkey suit climbing down into the depths of poop hell and I APPLAUDE HIM!!! I could never!!! Our hvac system had been slowly going out and we needed a new one fast. Todd was able to come out ASAP and evaluate everything. Right after, he had several options for us. We made our decision confidentiality knowing we could trust Todd's knowledge and capabilities. He had us up and running with a new system installed and going by the end of the week! Huge thanks to Todd and crew!
