If you live in the Treasure Valley, and need an honest, dependable, and professional appliance repair company, this is the company you go to. Unfortunately, I learned the hard way. But Mr. Appliance has redeemed my trust.
Have a Samsung dryer that was squeaking. Called Mr. Appliance. They sent Richard who identified the problem, had the dryer torn down, fixed and put back together in a couple of hours. Wouldn't hesitate to call them again.
I had Chris at my home to repair my icemaker dispenser.He was on-time and so polite.He was so knowledgeable on this... found the problem quickly! Fixed it on the spot ?!Chris was very kind and asked several times if i had any other questions about the refrigerator that he could answer.Chris cared that I was satisfied and happy ?.What more could you ask for?Thank you Mr Appliance for having great staff!
