“Chris has great design ideas. He is very talented in creating water features. I recommend him for design. Here's where he's lacking: He built three water features for us. They all lose water. We haven't been able to fix the problems ourselves. We continue to refill all three water features every other day or so. And no, it's not evaporation. They are leaking. Chris committed to coming out in April 2022. He was a no-show with no call, text or email. In April 2023 I reached out again. No response. We don't expect free repairs. Our project was done in 2017-2018 so we know things age. We wanted Chris to show up when he said he would OVER A YEAR AGO to fix the problems.“

Carlos was very quick about getting out to our house to give us an initial quote, and worked really well with me about scheduling when the project would start and finish due to weather. We did have some inclement weather during the process, and he was very communicative with me on what the schedule look like going forward. Very reasonably priced and his staff were extremely friendly. I would recommend his team to anyone!“
