Let me just tell you the ladies here are magical!! I went in with severe sciatic pain and came out being able to walk!!!Such an amazing place and everyone is super nice and welcoming and the place is beautiful and relaxing !

I tore my rotator cuff this summer and was also dealing with bicep tendonitis and subluxation. I was in A LOT of pain. I started getting weekly massages from Jaiden as a way to manage the pain. I was thrilled with the fact that it not only helped manage my pain but also improved my mobility. Its crazy how we “carry ourselves “ and compensate when we are in pain! I can honestly say Jaiden has made all the difference in my pain management and I will continue to go to her even after my surgery to help with my recovery! I recommend making an appointment if you have any type of chronic pain or pain from an injury! Your body will thank you!

Booked a 90 minute session with Talaya. She asked questions about my trouble areas and dialed in on the right amount of pressure to use. She made me feel at ease and comfortable. She definitely attended to the specific areas we discussed but the best part was the upper back work! I didn't even realize how tight and tense I was. I feel amazing! Thank you Talaya.
