“Boarded our 7 month old springer doodle for 6 days and came back to see a happy and excited puppy since it was her first time away from whole family . The team even gave her a bath before sending her home. Really the only constructive feedback lakeshore needs to improve would be communication and responding to online messages and phone calls post check in. However understand they are mostly busy with all the furry friends being taken care off which is the most important part. She hasn’t changed a bit with her personality and very happy to be back home with her family“
