Greg and his team were absolutely amazing and were super fast to get me a key made and get into my apartment. I am so grateful with how fast they acted and how much kindness and patience this team had. THANK YOU!!

The locksmith actually answered the phone! I called Busy Bee and acouple of others that started with the letter "B" who advertised 24 hour service and they all seemed have the same person on their answering "machine," even though they had different phone numbers. (None of them ever called me back.Anyway my locksmith, Kerry, showed up within 20 minutes, figured out what was broken and had my door opened and the doorknob/locked within another 20 minutes! I will keep them in my contact list for future emergencies

Guy was fairly friendly, but what really matters is he did a great job. Got to me, texted me and let me know and before I knew it he was done and I could start my car again! Very clean and professional (figure most of em are just tryin to work so don't expect too friendly of course, just let em do their job man)
