The staff and doctor were very informative and made sure I understood all my pet options and the costs I might incur. I feel very comfortable with the staff and know my pet will receive the best care; if needed, they will contact me before performing any procedure that was not discussed. Very professional.
I just wanted to say thank you to the staff, vets and doctors for the care they gave my mom and I as we had to put our 5 year old Buddy to forever sleep. They were so supportive and kind to us as we were grieving. Very gentle and caring towards our Buddy during his final moments.
For both owner and pet to both have anxiety and both be helped equally meant the world to me! My boxer Ruca Ray and I both left so beyond relieved and greatful to the vets and the entire staff!!! They have my truest gratitude and trust, which for me, is difficult to do.
