I had an exceptional experience at Home Depot's Alpharetta Store #0149 on May 2, 2025, and I want to make sure the team -- especially Toby, Matt, Jim, and the other helpful associates -- gets the recognition they deserve. I came in with a complicated treadmill repair I'd been stuck on for months. Honestly, I expected to be pointed toward some hardware and sent on my way to figure it out myself. What I received instead was hands-on support, deep expertise, and genuine care that went far beyond what I could have imagined. As soon as I arrived, a team member kindly directed me to the correct aisle -- a small gesture, but one that immediately saved time and frustration. That's where I met Toby, who examined the treadmill, asked thoughtful questions, and said something I won't forget: "Don't worry -- we'll have this all sorted out before you leave." His calm confidence was a huge relief. Over the next two hours, Toby identified the right screws, washers, nuts, and tools -- and didn't just stop there. He got down on the floor, on hands and knees, working in tight, awkward spaces to get everything securely installed. When one stubborn screw wouldn't come out, he brought in Matt to hold the heavy treadmill while he carefully drilled it out. It was a true team effort, and they treated the project like it was their own. Once everything was installed, Toby gave me the individual parts used -- each marked with etched part numbers -- and told me to take them to checkout. I was a bit nervous that I'd need to look up each part and enter them manually, but another associate stepped in and kindly pointed me to Jim, the checkout specialist. Jim made the whole process simple. He asked how many of each part were used, entered them all quickly, and told me to bring my van to the front. By the time I got there, Jim had already wheeled the treadmill to the loading area and suggested we lay it flat before loading to avoid any potential damage -- another thoughtful and professional touch. From start to finish, this team turned what had been a frustrating, months-long challenge into a completed project. I left feeling genuinely supported, respected, and valued as a customer. Toby, Matt, Jim, and the helpful associates who guided me along the way represent the very best of what Home Depot stands for. If you have a real project -- especially one you're stuck on -- this is absolutely the place to go.

Max and team did a great job in our backyard to fix our soil erosion problem. I’ve been here a handful of times and have always had good experiences. Unfortunately, recently had a walk in cut there and was the worst haircut i’ve ever received. She looked at my picture I had ready for maybe half a second and cut me carelessly in just 10 minutes. She didn’t even line up my sideburns evenly ? The salon is always spotless, the manager is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and she always takes the time to answer questions, resolve concerns, and make sure I’m set up on the most valuable spray tan membership. The beds are clean, the rooms are dust-free, and the spray tan booth is always in great condition. I never walk out with streaks or an uneven color — ever.
What I appreciate most is how easy they make the whole experience. They provide everything you need at no extra cost: barrier cream, foot covers, hair net, hair ties, hand wipes, extra towels, and even nose and lip protection. And the best bonus of all? They offer clean, freshly laundered robes so I don’t have to fully redress between tanning beds and the spray booth. That alone is a game changer.

As much as I love this location and make the 30-minute drive regularly, I still wish East Cobb had a Palm Beach Tan closer to our high-density residential area near Sandy Plains Rd and Shallowford Rd. We have no high-quality tanning salon within a few minutes of home. The one nearby is outdated, not clean, and nowhere close to the Palm Beach experience. Please consider opening a location near Lassiter High School — or even near Sprayberry. You would stay incredibly busy!

I've been with Jaz for sometime now and she definitely has top-notch quality work. When I first started going, I got acrylic and later switched to Gel-X as Jaz thought they would work better for my nails and they have. She's very knowledgeable and has many years of experience in her craft. My nails last and I always get compliments on my nails. I typically allow Jaz free range to do whatever or her interpretation of an idea that I have and she always nails it. Jaz is professional and provides a chill and relaxing vibe. She definitely makes sure to build a strong rapport with her clients and I really appreciate that . She makes sure things are clean and overall always provides an inviting experience. When you find someone great at their craft you stick with them and that's exactly what I've done. Y'all should definitely check her out if you're looking for a great nail architect.

He seems very knowledgeable about his craft, always cleans up the mess and he's actually went to Lowes/Home Depot to get parts if ever needed. Plumbing can get a bit messy! 10+ year old pet stains GONE! I bought my fixer-upper house 4 years ago it was finally time to address the carpet stains in the bonus area. I thought I'd just have to replace it since the stains were so old and set in. I was only expecting the carpet to look a little better, not brand new! Absolutely amazed at the transformation. I came in with a complicated treadmill repair I'd been stuck on for months. Honestly, I expected to be pointed toward some hardware and sent on my way to figure it out myself. What I received instead was hands-on support, deep expertise, and genuine care that went far beyond what I could have imagined. As soon as I arrived, a team member kindly directed me to the correct aisle -- a small gesture, but one that immediately saved time and frustration. That's where I met Toby, who examined the treadmill, asked thoughtful questions, and said something I won't forget: "Don't worry -- we'll have this all sorted out before you leave." His calm confidence was a huge relief. Over the next two hours, Toby identified the right screws, washers, nuts, and tools -- and didn't just stop there. He got down on the floor, on hands and knees, working in tight, awkward spaces to get everything securely installed. When one stubborn screw wouldn't come out, he brought in Matt to hold the heavy treadmill while he carefully drilled it out. It was a true team effort, and they treated the project like it was their own. Once everything was installed, Toby gave me the individual parts used -- each marked with etched part numbers -- and told me to take them to checkout. I was a bit nervous that I'd need to look up each part and enter them manually, but another associate stepped in and kindly pointed me to Jim, the checkout specialist. Jim made the whole process simple. He asked how many of each part were used, entered them all quickly, and told me to bring my van to the front. By the time I got there, Jim had already wheeled the treadmill to the loading area and suggested we lay it flat before loading to avoid any potential damage -- another thoughtful and professional touch. I’m an avid gardener, so I had accepted the fact that Mosquitoes were going to be a part of my life. BEST LANDSCAPING COMPANY TO WORK WITH!!! I am a single mom with 2 children and 1 is special needs. I saved and bought the house of our dreams however the backyard was a mudslide with SINKHOLES. I used another landscaping company as well as a contractor who were late everyday, over charged me and did awful work. Michaelangelo’s came out immediately to not only give me an estimate but to also show me how to do it in phases because I couldn’t afford much at the time due to the previous company. They were knowledgeable, professional and did not push me to add more which happens in this business. His guys were outside EVERY DAY rain or shine as well as EARLY! They cut each individual stone to fit my yard and if I didn’t like something they would immediately change it. Their work is beautiful and I’m an extremely happy customer. They were also great with my kids to create a safe environment while working! I highly recommend them and can’t wait for my next phase!
I had to have about 2500 sq ft of Junipers removed from my front lawn and add new sod. All Star Landscaping gave me very reasonable rates and performed all the work as scheduled with complete satisfaction. They get their good quality sod fresh from Alabama for a lot better price compared to most companies who get it from Georgia which is a lot more expensive. Todd has been great with his communication both before and after the job. He was on-site personally to make sure everything was done right. Highly recommend their services.

Our backyard landscape project under Adam's management started and ended on time, in budget, and with no issues. Anyone who has had construction done knows this is somewhat of a miracle! From design to hand-off, we felt heard and our ideas were taken and improved to make it a reality. The team onsite was respectful and exceptional. They installed drainage, sprinklers and built a new patio with retaining wall, framed by beautiful new plants and flowering trees. Absolutely recommend the Outside landscape group! I have used LTRC for two different projects, one that required a crane to carry trees over the roof of the house. Both times, the crews and project managers were knowledgeable, kind and professional. On our most recent project, every worker made a point to find me at the end and ask if I was pleased with the work done. I also appreciate that they care about trees - Arborists and workers know how to care for the trees long-term, rather than just cutting for aesthetic purposes. The pricing is also extremely fair. My husband and I live in a very wooded area and Charles did a very thorough job assessing the health of the trees that could potentially threaten our home. When I first came in, my mouth would barely open, and even simple things like eating were uncomfortable. The team took the time to thoroughly evaluate my situation and explained the treatment plan clearly. I was fitted with both a daytime guard to help reposition my jaw and a nighttime guard to protect it while I slept.
After several months of following the plan, the improvement has been incredible. My mouth now opens normally again, and I can eat whatever I want without pain or restriction. I no longer have to wear the daytime guard, which feels like a huge milestone.
The entire staff was professional, supportive, and attentive throughout the process. They made what felt like a frustrating, long-term issue completely manageable. I’m so grateful for the results and would absolutely give them a 5-star rating.

I went from not hardly being able to walk with knee issues (both knees) and having issues with my posture to being able to squat and jump again. They have wonderful techniques to get you back to moving the way you should. Friendly staff that welcomes you and treats you like family. I can't say enough good things about them.

Dr Z has been terrific! I came to him with a torn rotator cuff and a desire to avoid surgery and play golf by the end of summer. I was hitting balls a week ago and played my first round this past weekend! All of his techniques and advice have me believing I may be able to avoid surgery altogether. My pain is gone and flexibility has been drastically improved. I’d highly recommend giving him a try.
I have been seeing Dr. Alina for the past few months and have seen significant improvement in my shoulder and neck tension, headaches, and have been feeling all around so much better. Dr. Eddy and his team are phenomenal. I hadn't been in for an adjustment in over a year so when I returned I learned that Dr. DiVagno had retired. I was bummed, but Dr. Eddy immediately took me under his wing, provided a thorough consultation and got me set up for recurring meetings. the staff is excellent, friendly and so helpful. it took no time to establish a good relationship with everyone in the office. We recently moved to Georgia and needed to have our dog updated on his annual shots as well as be neutered. Many vets were quoting us over $1000 for the annual vet visit and the surgery which just meant we had to put it off longer due to time and finances. I was able to find Spay Neuter Vets through a google search and the fact that they can complete a rabies shots, microchip and the surgery in one visit at a generous price is absolutely amazing! I was a little skeptical at first because honestly it seemed too good to be true and the process to book was quick and seamless (I was able to book just a couple days in advance and all online!) I drove an hour to bring my dog here and it was worth it! The staff at the clinic made the process very easy and made us feel very comfortable during the process and confident in our post surgery care. I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Spay Neuter Vets!!

VMC has taken care of both of my dogs for years now. I always appreciate how caring they are and how you can tell all their staff genuinely cares about your pet. My dogs are rescues and definitely have some personality quirks and they have always worked with me to make sure they feel as comfortable as they can around everyone that’s in the room. I've been curious about trying pilates to see if it was for me. The reformers and moves were overwhelming in thought, but I wanted to try it for myself before I made a meaningful opinion.
I attended a 30 minute complimentary class for non-members. The instructor showed us the basics of the reformer and then we did an abridged class. I will say, as a first-timer it was a bit much to process, but that was ME.
That being said, I knew a couple of things. 1) I was loving this workout even if I didn't completely know what I was doing LOL. In a short period of time I was already shaking. My workouts traditionally consist of cardio, HIIT, and strength training, but this was something different...and I loved the challenge 2) If I gave it a couple of full-length classes, I'd pick up the cues.
After class, I decided to enroll in the 8 classes a month membership. I got home, downloaded the app (super easy to use!) and ended up signing up for 8 classes in the two weeks available to book out. Whoops. The next day, I went to attend my first full-length class and upgraded to the unlimited membership. I'm hooked.
Each instructor has been wonderful. It's obvious they all have a passion for the practice and their cues have been much easier to understand as each class goes by. It's like a yoga flow in many ways. I look forward to my pilates days and am happy to travel the 25 minutes to the studio. I leave feeling strong, accomplished, and centered. So grateful for BODYBAR!
Peter is absolutely fantastic at what he does. Hands down best massage I've ever received. I have been going to Jasmine since 2018 and when I tell you I was so happy to be recommended to her. I am very particular about my nails. I get overlays and a lot of nail techs make the overlay so thick(I guess for those with weaker nails) my nails are strong and only need a thin layer and Jasmine recognized this and made sure that they were perfect. My cuticles are ridiculously thick and unmanageable for most but Jasmine tackles them with no complaints every time! She believes in healthy nails and will talk you through what she's doing and why. And her nail art is amazing. I normally go in and say do whatever(she knows I don't do bling) and I ALWAYS walk away More than Happy!
For the past three months and on a weekly basis, I’ve been going to Rena Wilson for my sciatica leg pain. Rena is very a knowledgeable therapeutic massage therapist, years of experience and is results driven. She has helped lessen the pain, and I feel very comfortable with her massage techniques. I’m so pleased with the results and look forward future massages.
I’m obsessed with this place. I’m a machine operator and I deal with fingers getting stuck between 2 metal plates, dirt, grease and tiny metal pieces all over and my nails always look amazing even after 3 weeks. My favorite is the pedicure especially since I wear steal toe boots 6 days a week. They massage your feet and legs like that’s their only job. They take there time and listen to what you want and need. They just go above and beyond. So incredible

Amy is incredibly knowledgeable and takes her time with each visit. Mia Fuller is amazing. I had a badly broken wrist last November, and took a surgery treatment. My left forearm, wrist and fingers can BARELY move/twist a little bit after getting the cast removed. I was worried about if and how long it would take to get my wounded wrist works again. I am an HVAC technician, and I do need strong and flexible wrists to do my job.Mia is so kind, patient and professional of course. Our father had constant, extreme back pain. The pain medication prescribed by the doctor did not give him any relief. He was using a walker and even with that, his legs often buckled under him.
After seeing Dr. Tang for a couple of weeks, he had some pain free days and began to walk more upright. After a few months, he is now pain free and not using a walker or a cane. It is a miraculous recovery.

Dr Chen was knowledgeable about the meridian points and how to reduce inflammation However I won't be returning because he kept pushing the acupuncture needle in too far and turning it and it hit several nerves and caused pain Just because I had a bad experience with him others may not.
Stopped here today after some Father's Day shopping--the acupressure chair massage was on point. We asked for strong pressure and got exactly that, not the lazy kind of massage meant for people who just want a nap. The kinks in my neck and shoulder feel much better having stopped here. Plan to return next time we're at this mall.
Atlanta Functional Medicine is wonderful! Dr. Shah has helped me and my daughter. The staff is very friendly and efficient. I try to stay away from prescriptions if I can and Dr.Shah understands that and has created a plan using supplements for my perimenopause symptoms and they have helped so much! I’m finally sleeping again and the hot flashes are minimal!
