Chirrie, the dental hygienist, went above and beyond to educate me on my overall dental health. She is very kind and has a nurturing spirit. I highly recommend Confident Dental Group as a whole. Everyone from the front desk staff, to the assistants, to the dentist, weren’t anything more than pleasant. After my visit, I have even been inspired me to pursue a career in dental hygiene!
I called this morning with an urgent dental situation and they got me in within the hour and fixed my problem same day (on a Saturday). The staff was so lovely and helpful, making sure both me and my husband knew they would take good care of me. They were also Incredibly patient as I figured out my payment method. You could tell the staff loved working together and made a great team, and that they really had their patients’ best interests in mind. I had such a good experience here and would recommend them to anyone!
I did my Invisalign here a few years ago and had a really great experience. I finished my initial treatment, then ended up needing refinements about a year later - they got me back in, no hassle, new trays, and eventually set me up with a retainer. Everything was pretty straightforward. I even moved out of GA halfway through my treatment, but they were still super easy to work with. Scheduling hasn’t been a pain and they offered to ship stuff when it made more sense.
