At Massey Services Pest Control, the focus is on Pest Prevention rather than just pest control. Their customized environmental management program targets the exterior of the home to eliminate the conditions, avenues, and sources that pests use to get inside, preventing infestations without the use of pesticides. Customers have praised the company's knowledgeable and friendly technicians, such as John, who provide excellent service, keep clients informed, and effectively eliminate pest problems. John went way beyond what was ever experienced before, knocking down spider webs and wasp nests, and showing where pests were in the past and what to look for. He was super informative and knowledgeable about all things pest-related, friendly, professional, and went above and beyond the requirements of the routine inspection appointment to make sure clients knew how to prevent potential problems, all while being no-pressure. John was the best, taking time to hear clients out and being very patient when explaining step by step how to resolve pest problems. Clients have expressed being beyond happy with the service and highly recommend Massey Services Pest Control to anyone in need of pest control solutions.
Jaden from Massey came out took a thorough look in our attic garage and basement for any termite problems… He also did a thorough review of the exterior foundation of the house and made a couple of good points and talked about next steps.
Very thorough… Seemed to really know his stuff. Great job Jaden.
Massey Services Inc. Is a professional team that knows what they are doing at a fair price. They treat my home like it is theirs at a fair price. I am happy with Massey Services and every team member. My service person was Jaden Knight, a young professional hard working member of Massey Services Inc.
Wow ! This is how pest service should be…
JADEN covered the termites and ERIC covered the pests ; they provided a ton of insights. Treated some hotspots and also identified some issues I was not aware of .
