I stumbled into a relationship with PDI / Kohler Alpharetta and Victoria Garveigh, their Design Consult, when I made as short visit to the US earlier this year. We walked into the store intending to quickly check on workstation sinks we've seen online. Victoria simply informed us "I'll be more than happy to help you design your house." True enough, Victoria, introduced us to a new world of beautiful kitchen fixtures and, afterwards, moved on to bathrooms. Victoria was in constant communication with us for months, emailing options until we got the perfect item. Victoria never gave up.

This place is awesome and the staff are really knowledgeable and friendly...this place falls into the category of “Don’t judge the book by the cover”... they really take time to help you to solve your needs and concerns with your project. Either if you are a profesional or DYI one. I could give 10 stars...Mr Mark at the front desk is awesome on knowledge and professionalism. GREAT BUSSINES

Amazing products in a very nice showroom. A lot to choose from. However customer service at front is not the best. Had to visit the showroom 3 times and there is no greeting at all.The phone can ring forever before someone decide to pick it up. Not to mention the first girl that help us the first time ( very polite and trying to do her best) was on “training “ per other employee; resulted she ended up sending a wrong quote. Should be better if an experienced employee can revise it before sending it by email?
