I started my workouts here in hopes to help my back and I have received back relief and so much more! Friendly and very knowledgeable staff, clean facility and best workout for the the whole body and mind!! I’m addicted!
I had a very good experience here. I came here to try reformer pilates for the first time. Previously I had been doing mat pilates at home but felt that I wasn't getting a high enough intensity to progress. The studio is very clean, well lit, and welcoming to everyone. I saw many different people here doing their workouts. The staff is immeasurably kind and very accommodating. All you need to bring is grip socks. All workout equipment is provided. Phenomenal workout in a clean, beautifully appointed inspiring space. I spent a decade taking pilates from some of the best instructors in NYC, so I have a high bar when it comes to pilates studios. Bodybar gives you a fantastic reformer workout. Highly recommend.
