Fantastic work! Highly recommend. They scheduled my visit less than 3-hours after my phone call. The technician was prompt, courteous, and efficient. My dryer was back up and running within 1 hour of arrival for a price I thought was reasonable. Would absolutely recommend and use them again!
I had placed a service call to see if the Kitchenaid dishwasher door hinge could be replaced. Unfortunately, the technician and I discovered the specific part is no longer available through Kitchenaid or third party OEM providers.
This is the second time AAR has provided service to us and we couldn't be more pleased. This time, or LG frig stopped making ice. Dmitry methodically tracked down and fixed the problem. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. We highly recommend AAR.
