Himalaya was great, and I highly recommend them. They were timely, thorough, and honest throughout the entire process. They didn’t try to sell us services we didn’t need, which I really appreciated. Kumar went above and beyond to help us navigate the situation, providing excellent guidance and outstanding customer service. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
Himalaya Pest control is outstanding ! I was dumbfounded at the level of care, promptness and thoroughness Kumar showed me on a weekend on short notice. I was panic stricken about the strong possibility of bedbugs. He gave me in depth scientific information as well as a one on one inspection which identified accurately that I did not have bedbugs but had a carpet bug problem. He gave me information about what to do and a great referral to someone else for help. His honesty and caring approach were greatly appreciated. I have never had a better experience with a knowledgeable professional when it really counted. I highly recommend Himalaya Pest Control.… read full review
You really cannot do better. Kumar is very knowledgeable and really goes the extra mile for customer service. Very responsive to text and email even over the weekend and even helped me at his home with some items that needed treatment before the day of service at my home. On the day of treatment at my home, he was very thorough, and I felt very confident treatment would be successful. And it was. He takes real pride in his service.
