Today we had Pure Defense come to treat our home after my husband “suspended” our service for the past few months. I had never had ants in my kitchen until this past week. Jake and colleague came to look at insects flying into the tubes in the outer wall brickwork. He explained these were bees, and not yellowjacks, wasps etc, and there was nothing to worry about. Very friendly, very helpful. Great service fton PureDefense.

Christian Harris was amazing! He really took his time explaining every detail of how Pure Defense would benefit me. I had been lied to by my previous pest control company, and he spent time gaining my trust and followed it up with a great service.
