We recently had technician Austin Holeman perform pest control at our house and he did an incredible job by patiently listening to all of our concerns and literally took the time to take care of every single concern. Pure Defense has really set the bar very high in terms of customer service and is very evident from their fantastic technicians. I have been using Pure Defense for several years. They are always prompt and courteous. Tim did our recent pest control treatment and did a great job explaining what he was going to do and also let me know about the recent spider invasion in GA. I used their services in 2020 and had no complaints.Called them out again to clear out some spiders so a plumber could get to work. Afterwards, the plumber said there were still too many spiders in the area in which they needed to work. I called PureDefense again and they came back out to finish the job, no questions asked.It turns out PureDefense had already done a great job clearing out the spiders the first time. There couldn't have been more than 2 remaining within the entire crawl space.
