Mike has done many of my tattoos (absolutely amazing!!!!) and I just got my first industrial piercing (currently only, not first) from Marissa (11/19/22) and she was fantastic! Marissa made my entire piercing experience so easy and fun! She took the time to show me tons of jewelry options that were available in studio, and she went out of her way to order additional pieces that I was interested in (without me having to pay for them up front!). Her customer service is unmatched. After all of the pieces I was interested in arrived, she patiently waited for me to narrow down my final selection, while also giving me helpful input on what would look good. Shane was awesome. He was friendly, polite, focused and extremely talented. My tattoo looks great and was customized for me. I was also very impressed with the staff. There was a minor issue and everyone helped and treated the new trainee with respect and approached it as a learning experience.
